- Valid passport (at least 6 months)
- 1 Photograph
- 1 Photocopy of Passport
- If for business purposes an invitation from The hosting
Company.
*Nationals/Residents other than U.S.A. we can furnish more
information on request. Application must be filed at the latest
two(2) weeks in advance.
